Sammy Bill has won both his chases impressively this season but is still some way off the finished article. A big, keen-going horse with a huge stride, he needs to learns to relax in his races if he’s going to reach his full potential. A good jumper, he can take the odd chance but he…

11/01/20 3rd 12/1 – Petite Power – Fergal O’Brien – Warwick
Petite Power remains in great form and loves these long-distance races. His low weight rather disguises that this is his highest mark yet but he should still go close.

11/01/20 2nd 9/4 – Prince Llywelyn – Kim Bailey – Wetherby
This lovely big horse won his bumper here last year. He ran better than the finishing position suggests on hurdles debut at Ascot and has every chance of winning this to maintain his unbeaten course record.

11/01/20 2nd 5/2 – Shesoneofourown – Harry Whittington – Wetherby
Shesoneofourown is a quality, rangy mare by Sageburg. She has shown a straight-forward attitude at home but like all of ours first time, will come on for the experience. She is a likeable type and should one day tackle fences. We are looking forward to getting her out and starting her racing career.

11/01/20 2nd 11/2 – Shaffire – Harry Whittington – Lingfield Park
Last time out when coming with a run Shaffire was unfortunately pushed very wide but stayed on gamely to finish fourth. She seems to be thriving off her work and racing so hopefully she can run a big race back in a handicap against the fillies.

11/01/20 2nd 14/1 – Keeper Hill – Warren Greatrex – Kempton Park
Keeper Hill wasn’t enjoying himself last time out and was pulled up, but has been in great form at home since and schooled very well. This is a competitive race but if he can get in a rhythm early on and jump well, as previously at Haydock, he could put in a big performance.

11/01/20 2nd 8/1 – Gowiththeflow – Ben Pauling – Cheltenham
I hope Gowiththeflow will perform to the best of his ability as this race comes very quickly after Kempton. It looked a suitable race and he seems still to be in good order, so we're giving it a go with some optimism.

11/01/20 1st 15/8 – Luckys Dream – Ian Williams – Chelmsford
Lucky's Dream was very unlucky when fourth here last time after a lengthy break. It would be nice to think he'll have some fortune today in which case he ought to win.

11/01/20 1st 5/2 – Maridadi – Hughie Morrison – Wetherby
It took the whole of the Newbury straight to get Maridadi wound up, but she finished well in third and the experience should not be lost on her. There's not too many of these fillies' bumpers so you're pretty much committed to running where you can. The ground here might not be ideal, but we…

11/01/20 1st 3/1 – Two For Gold – Kim Bailey – Warwick
Two For Gold has had a good start to the season winning both his chases to date. This is a big step up in grade but we think he has decent place chances in a tough race.

I love Conceal. He ran well for a long way on debut at Chepstow and is a massive price today. He could go close.

10/01/20 2nd 11/2 – On Springs – Ben Pauling – Sedgefield
On Springs is another talented horse. He ran very well on debut at Ascot considering how green he was and must have a decent chance here. We are running two nice bumper horses today.

10/01/20 2nd 7/2 – Dontdelay – Micky Hammond – Sedgefield
Dontdelay is a true mud-lover and we hope those are the conditions we will find at Sedgefield today. With a light weight and a positive ride, he has a good chance of finishing in the first three.

10/01/20 2nd 5/1 – Robaddan – Charlie Mann – Sedgefield
Robaddan has run well enough when fourth in two novice hurdles and qualifies for a rating after that. We're switching to chasing now with that 110 mark and are hopeful of a positive debut.

09/01/20 1st 3/1 – Enfin Phil – Micky Hammond – Catterick
Enfin Phil ran a good solid race last time at Sedgefield and the stable belief is that he should have won that day. This looks a tougher race but there is more to come from him so another big run is expected.

08/01/20 2nd 9/2 – Carrolls Milan – Fergal O’Brien – Ludlow
Carrolls Milan hasn't run for some time but while she's so tough and hardy, it could just make a difference between her winning and being placed. She will be bang there on how she's been working.

08/01/20 1st 3/1 – Miss Austen – Hughie Morrison – Ludlow
Miss Austen needed some time off after her promising debut run at Taunton, with the sort of normal minor stress fracture that young jumping horses tend to get. She's fine now and while I'm not sure how much she's improved, she ought to be the one they have to beat.

07/01/20 3rd 7/1 – Kembles Cascade – Warren Greatrex – Lingfield Park
Kemble's Cascade disappointed on his last run but was found to have a wind issue. He has now had this tinkered with and he is working very well at home. It is a warm race today but I would be very surprised if he wasn’t in the frame.

07/01/20 2nd 8/1 – Polish – Fergal O’Brien – Taunton
Polish is a nice horse from off the Flat. He works and jumps well but may possibly want quicker ground. The market principals look well established so it may be hard for him to get a place.
