Arthurian Fable should run a big race. He has been working well in preparation for today and has two solid runs on the track to his credit as a two-year-old. He was a 100-1 shot when second in a competitive novice race over a mile before running third over this distance behind highly-rated Brentford Hope.…

07/06/20 2nd 15/8 – Kipps – Hughie Morrison – Haydock
Kipps is a very nice horse and we think he's better than this. One worry, so far it seems the colts might be a gallop short, but hopefully he'll be fit enough.

06/06/20 2nd 25/1 – Treaty Of Dingle – Hughie Morrison – Lingfield Park
Treaty Of Dingle got her head in front eventually in a small race at Wolverhampton but is now 5lb higher and totally exposed. She is in the situation of giving weight to a horse that had the requisite minimum three runs, and now goes up in distance after a gelding operation. The betting shows what…

03/06/20 1st 9/1 – Sepahi – Shaun Keightley – Kempton Park
Sepahi ran a promising first race for us, finishing well over five furlongs just before the shutdown. She's a previous winner over seven furlongs so hopefully will be competitive at today's six furlongs. Each-way chances.

02/06/20 1st 6/1 – Secratario – Shaun Keightley – Kempton Park
Secratario was in winning form at Chelmsford on his only start for us before the break. That was a mile and a quarter and I would be happier if it was ten furlongs today after the layoff, but then again he won at this longer trip before joining us. If he settles, he could go…

02/06/20 3rd 6/1 – Mr Poy – Hughie Morrison – Kempton Park
I was delighted with Mr Poy when he made his debut at Newbury last August. He was a strong-finishing second that day and originally I thought the extra furlong today would help, Now I'm worrying that maybe he might be more of a fast six or seven furlong horse. We'll find out.

02/06/20 3rd 14/1 – Noble Gift – William Knight – Kempton Park
This 0-75 is the lowest grade Noble Gift has run in for a long time. He has a great record on the course and the sharp 10f on the shorter track will help him. Good each-way chance at a big price.

02/06/20 1st 13/2 – Sir Busker – William Knight – Newcastle
The straight mile should suit Sir Busker, although not many were coming from the back there yesterday. Saying that, there should be plenty of pace to aim at, though to my eye he looks a bit on the heavy side. Will probably improve a bit for the run.

17/03/20 1st 6/5 – Commodore Barry – Kim Bailey – Wetherby
Commodore Barry so deserves a victory. He has run well all season but in this three-horse race, they are evenly-matched on ratings. We are trying headgear for the first time and if that helps he should nearly win this.

17/03/20 2nd 28/1 – The Very Thing – Micky Hammond – Wetherby
The Very Thing is a promising type, showing enough at home, but we are still learning about him.The track should suit, but we are a little unsure whether present going conditions will be in his favour today.

17/03/20 1st 9/4 – Glencassley – Charlie Longsdon – Wetherby
Glencassley is a son of Yeats from a good jumping family. He has run well in both his bumpers, finishing fifth in the well-contested Listed race at Newbury last month. We have to think he goes there with a favourite's chance.

Ivilnoble has some nice form to recommend him, but he disappointed last time and again, the message is be careful.

16/03/20 2nd 5/1 – No No Juliet – Oliver Sherwood – Hereford
No No Juliet won her second start over fences at Southwell on ground like this, jumping well and seeing out the trip. I'm ignoring her last run at Wetherby when she pulled off a front shoe and took a while to come right again. Sometimes horses can lose shoes in a race and it makes…

16/03/20 1st 9/2 – Shantou Vow – Harry Whittington – Southwell
He has been in good form at home and frustratingly has missed two opportunities due to abandoned meetings. This step up in trip should suit him well.

16/03/20 1st 5/2 – Proper Ticket – Fergal O’Brien – Kelso
Proper Ticket ran well in all her novices in good company. This longer trip will suit but I'm not sure she wants heavy ground. However, she is in such good form that we think she will handle it.

Ex S'Elance will find the track, ground and trip no problem. The main concern is which side of the bed he gets out of!

16/03/20 2nd 11/1 – Mister Watson – Ben Pauling – Hereford
Mister Watson is a lovely horse and we think he'll handle the ground. This looks a good enough race for a Monday at Hereford but we expect him to run well.

15/03/20 2nd 9/2 – My Old Gold – Nicky Richards – Carlisle
My Old Gold is a grand mare but she was slightly disappointing last time. She's in form at home though and I hope she'll run a good race.

15/03/20 2nd 11/4 – High Noon – Micky Hammond – Market Rasen
High Noon is back in trip today which will suit him fine. Also the ground will be okay and Emma gets on with him very well. There have been no negatives at home so we go into the race with a great chance.
