One Small Step has always shown plenty on the gallops but I admit I was unprepared for her near-miss on debut at Newmarket. She was right in there with some well-connected fillies, and I'm not worried about dropping her down a furlong as she has plenty of speed. Obvious chance of stepping up.

31/07/20 1st 6/1 – Cepheus – Brian Meehan – Goodwood

Cepheus was just touched off late in a hot finish to a highly-competitive Kempton handicap last time by a progressive four-year-old. He was raised 3lb for that but is an improving sort. However I do fear the Haggas horse who may have been let in lightly after his wide-margin Newmarket win.
