29/08/23 – 1st 16/1 – Jeudidee – Kim Bailey – Worcester

Jeudidi won his first bumper well although it's hard to evaluate the form. He virtually bolted last time and was far too free. He now starts over hurdles. He jumps well and if he settles he has place chances.

29/08/23 – 1st 3/1 – Captain Tommy – Ian Williams – Worcester

Captain Tommy has had a revival this year, winning at Bangor in May, and was not disgraced in a valuable race at Uttoxeter when 6th to Twig. His latest run was disappointing but overall he comes into this open contest with decent claims.

29/08/23 – 2nd 16/1 – Happy Hadeda – Hughie Morrison – Newbury

Happy Hadeda is a nicely-bred filly who showed promise at Goodwood on debut. We're forced to run her in races open to the million-pound horses due to her pedigree and this is sure to be tough today. Could run into a place though.

26/08/23 – 2nd 6/1 – Sapristi – Tom Clover – Windsor

Sapristi came to us from Ireland and has been doing some decent work. The tack slipped on her last start there so if you draw a line though that, she comes here on the back of a good win. It's a trappy race but she has potential at this level and it would be no…

26/08/23 – 1st 4/1 – Zealandia – Ian Williams – Goodwood

After a near year break, Zealandia has been coming steadily into form. He was a good 2nd last time at Chester and if he can build on that over this longer trip, there would be possibilities.

25/08/23 – 1st 16/1 – Jayarebe – Brian Meehan – Newmarket

Jayarebe is a very nice colt. Hopefully he can show on the track what he does at home although the favourite looks solid and was a good 2nd in a similar race here two weeks ago.

24/08/23 – 1st 11/2 – Book Of Tales – Charlie Longsdon – Fontwell Park

Book Of Tales won a couple of staying handicaps on the flat for Charlie Johnston this summer and looks the type to do well over hurdles. He has shown promise in his schooling and we will be hopeful that he can be thereabouts on this debut,

24/08/23 – 3rd 25/1 – Inishfallen – Brian Meehan – York

A winner at Kempton and then 5th at a massive price in a Newbury Listed race, Inishfallen has improved from race to race over his three runs. We've waited for this race and think he is nicely handicapped. Big each-way chances.

24/08/23 – 1st 2/1 – Cheltenam De Vaige – Fergal O’Brien – Stratford upon Avon

This novices' hurdle looks likely to develop into a match and our 11yo Cheltenam De Vaige, a multiple chase and point winner, will be running his usual brave race. He will probably come out second best here but will give the favourite a battle all the way to the finish.

24/08/23 – 1st 9/2 – Aljari – Tom Clover – Chelmsford

Aljari has been in terrific form this summer, winning the last twice. The handicapper is nudging him up but he's well drawn tonight and in good form at home. It might not be the strongest race for the grade so hopefully, he'll be thereabouts.

23/08/23 – 1st 16/5 – Rajindri – Tom Clover – Kempton Park

Rajindri ran better at Goodwood than her finishing position suggests and she's been in great form at home since then. She has performed well on the all-weather before and we think she has potential from this mark.

22/08/23 – 1st Evens – Tribal Glory – Fergal O’Brien – Worcester

Tribal Glory won his one Irish point in good style and did well when just edged out by his market rival here on bumper debut. He is sure to be tough to beat.

Police Academy made an impressive winning start after joining the stable from Oliver Sherwood who has retired. That was over hurdles after she had been running over fences and we think she should be able to defy the penalty his evening.

21/08/23 – 1st 100/30 – Pull Again Green – Fergal O’Brien – Bangor

Although beaten a long way in a very valuable race at the trip at Haydock two runs back, Pull Again Green has been crying out for three miles. This race is a different matter entirely and we are hopeful he can run into the first three.

19/08/23 – 1st 11/2 – Dancing Gemini – Roger Teal – Newbury

Dancing Gemini is a nice two-year-old who ran well on debut at Salisbury and although beaten some way when 5th in a Listed race at Ascot last timer, that winner looks high class. There's a couple to worry about but he has to be thereabouts.

18/08/23 – 3rd 13/2 – Lady Percival – Hughie Morrison – Wolverhampton

Lady Percival had a very busy and productive last half of 2022, especially around here. I hope she will go well but would be surprised if she didn't just need the run after eight months off.

18/08/23 – 3rd 22/1 – Strictly Dreaming – Ian Williams – Newmarket

David Egan rode Strictly Dreaming when she ran easily her best race two runs back at Redcar, finishing second. She never featured at Leicester last time but should have more to offer here. Small each-way with Egan back on board.

16/08/23 – 1st 7/1 – Invictus Spiritus – Tom Clover – Yarmouth

Invictus Spiritus is a good-looking horse with a lovely pedigree. He was very heavy as a yearling so we gelded him early and it has helped fine him off. Ed Dunlop's horse looks hard to beat but we hope our boy will be able to pick up the pieces and be thereabouts if the favourite…

14/08/23 – 2nd 5/1 – Character Testing – Tom Clover – Kempton Park

Character Testing is a nice colt who is straightforward and has done some good homework.We are expecting him to show up well on this debut.

14/08/23 – 1st 13/8 – American Tale – Brian Meehan – Kempton Park

American Tale hasn't achieved a great deal in his three runs to date but in what looks a pretty poor contest, even with top-weight he will take plenty of beating.
