Buxted Too didn't run too badly the last twice on turf and his last all-weather appearance was another creditable placed effort around here. As ever, it looks competitive but he has the ability to run into the frame.

Lelabad keeps finding one or two beating him in races on straight courses. I thought going a mile round a bend might be to his liking and he may finally get the first win he deserves.

Not So Sleepy has twice finished fourth in this marathon as well as dead-heating with Epatante and running in top class over hurdles. This might not be as good a race as his two previous tries and if he can settle he could run a big race at a massive price.
