Sergeant Paimter didn't make a bad job of his first run over fences. He should have derived plenty of benefit from that and he is just about the best horse on overall form in the contest. Obvious chance.

20/06/22 – 1st 12/1 – Al Karrar – Tom Clover – Windsor
Al Karrar is a colt by Dark Angel who has been showing promise. This looks a competitive newcomers' race but he has a nice draw and should make a positive start to his career.

19/06/22 – 3rd 9/1 – Right Destination – Fergal O’Brien – Worcester
Right Destination is in good form and finally has been getting some respite from the handicapper. It never helps when they win first time out, but she is now down to a sensible mark and has each-way chances today.

19/06/22 – 2nd 80/1 – Piecederesistance – Micky Hammond – Pontefract
Piecederesistance had a couple of spins over hurdles but didn't enjoy it and you can ignore them. He's a flat horse pure and simple and he has done plenty of work. He's a massive price but as his French form shows, he is decent and i wouldn't be shocked if he ran a big race…

19/06/22 – 1st 16/1 – Jamacho – Charlie Longsdon – Worcester
Jamacho is in good form and this is his time of year. He didn't really enjoy chasing but back over hurdles and close to his last winning mark he could go well.

18/06/22 – 2nd 20/1 – Reshoun – Ian Williams – Ascot
Reshoun did well to finish fifth from his nightmare wide draw in the Ascot Stakes on Tuesday and is better placed here. He came out of his race very well and is at least a guaranteed stayer. Could well outrun his odds.

18/06/22 – 1st 5/1 – Gonfalonier – Nicky Richards – Perth
Gonfalonier made a quiet start to life here when down the field at Ayr. He will need to show a lot more to figure today.

17/06/22 – 1st 11/2 – Royal Rift – Brian Meehan – Newmarket
Royal Rift returns after a break and could need the run. Also he might be better over a mile-and-a-quarter so something of a watching brief tonight.

17/06/22 – 1st 3/1 – Who’s The Guv’Nor – Micky Hammond – Market
Alain Cawley, who has recently retired, was the regular rider for Who's The Guv'Nor and favoured extreme waiting tactics. I've snapped up Brian Hughes, a rider much more ready to go forward and I think those tactics will suit the horse. Could well surprise everyone as he has ability and a rock-bottom mark!

17/06/22 – 2nd 17/2 – Ajero – Kim Bailey – Royal
This was always the plan for Ajero but I have to say it was one made in the sky. Three runs to qualify but hard to believe we have made it in. It's also very hard to know whether he is well handicapped or not but he is ready to run well. It would be…

15/6/22 – 1st 4/1 – Jessica Rabbit – Fergal O’Brien – Uttoxeter
Jessica Rabbit had plenty of placed form but only a single win under Graeme's banner. We were hoping for a better showing than fourth on her first run for us seven months ago but now freshened after the winter break, this could be her day.

14/06/22 – 3rd 18/1 – My Boy Jack – Tom Clover – Brighton
My Boy Jack has been very disappointing to date. His homework is good but he has yet to replicate it on track. Today's drop back in trip may hopefully help.

14/06/22 – 1st 7/1 – Myboymax – Micky Hammond – Thirsk
When a horse like Myboymax puts up a sequence of second places you always have to wonder about their resolution but I believe it's just that he's been unlucky running up against decent opponents. I am trying first-time cheek-pieces today and on a track where he's run well before that could signal another good run.…

13/06/22 – 2nd 11/1 – Holkham Bay – William Knight – Lingfield
Holkham Bay is our first juvenile to run and I must say he goes okay. He meets more experienced rivals of course but I think he may be worth a small each way on this debut.

13/06/22 – 2nd 7/2 – Astral Beat – William Knight – Lingfield
Astral Beat made all in good style to win at Newcastle but then at Salisbury he seemed to sulk when not getting all his own way. His widest draw is not ideal but if he gets away in front there must be the chance that retiurning to all-weather will be to his liking. Chance but…

11/04/22 – 1st 12/1 – Densworth – Ben Pauling – Worcester
Densworth has always had ability but when he got to the track last year everything went to pot. He hung badly in the race, the jockey said he made a noise and afterwards we found a number of issues. We've done his wind and he seems to be going well so I'm expecting a much…

11/06/22 – 1st 13/2 – High Wells – Fergal O’Brien – Sandown
High Wells won over two miles on the Kempton all-weather for Graeme and ran his best race yet since switching to us when finishing runner-up over the trip at Nottingham. He looks to hold a good each-way chance in an open affair.

11/06/22 – 1st 33/1 – Zealandia – Ian Williams – York
We don't know much about Zeelandia except that he stayed this trip as his breeding suggests he should when trained in France where he won just once in 15 tries. He's been in good form at home and should be competitive in this lady amateurs' handicap.

10/06/22 – 1st 2/1 – Haliphon – Ian Williams – York
Haliphon was unlucky to be touched off in the last stride for a valuable prize on Derby Day at Epsom. If this race were run tomorrow he would be 5lb higher, hence the urgency to run here. The extra two furlongs should be no problem as long as the race hasn't come too quickly.

10/06/22 – 2nd 12/1 – Thebeautifulgame – Tom Clover – Sandown
Thebeautifulgame wasn't beaten far when fourth in a deep race on her seasonal return at Nottingham. This doesn't look as strong and Sandown should suit her as she's a resolute galloper who tries hard.
