I'm slightly surprised to see Quickthorn is favourite for while we think he's a nice horse he's had his issues. I hope he'll run well but the worry is he might be found out for fitness first time back on this ground.

As  High Say won nicely on stable debut, putting her varied experience in Ireland to good use. A nice game filly we are hopeful she can cope with a 7lb higher mark.

Byzantine Empire is very consistent and he has taken well to jumping. He looks the one to beat especially as he is getting weight from the other geldings.

Urban Artist has plenty of soft ground form on her record but I hope this won't be like Goodwood yesterday where Stay Well got stuck in the mud. She will need to be at her best on this return in what looks a very strong Group 3 for mares. A place would be great.
