Law Of The Sea was an unlucky 4th under Franny Norton - Mr Chester - in the Cup last year and now gets in the Plate. We tried him afterwards in all the valuable staying handicaps but to no avail. Now, with Franny back for the first time and his own initial run here since last year, anything's possible.
